sudheer.ai is a task-based AI service run by one founder. You describe a task, we send you a fair, upfront price, and if you approve it, we get to work. There's no subscription and no obligation until you say yes to a quote.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Payment is processed through Dodo Payments once you approve a quote, and work begins after payment clears unless otherwise agreed. If a task turns out to be larger than described, we'll tell you before doing extra work, and re-quote if needed.
Once a task is paid for and delivered, all code, prompts, documents, and other deliverables produced for that task are yours to keep and use as you like. We may reuse general knowledge, patterns, and non-confidential techniques learned while working, but never your specific data, code, or business information.
Anything you share with us to complete a task is treated as confidential. We won't disclose your idea, data, or code to third parties, and we're happy to sign an NDA if you need one.
Reasonable revisions related to the original task scope are included. Anything beyond that scope — new features, significant changes in direction — is treated as a new task with its own quote.
Work is delivered on a best-effort basis by a single founder. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of delivered work, beyond the amount paid for the task in question.
